An anonymous donor has stepped forward and agreed to match every dollar you give in support of clergy families, up until we’ve raised $15,000.

And here’s why this is good news.

You’ve heard of this situation before: A priest serves his parish his whole life… He builds his life around the needs of the people. Often without getting paid… He’s likely the biggest donor to his church…

And then…

He dies… And his family can’t afford to bury him. What are they supposed to do?

A few days ago, Fr. Viktor Tseshkovsky of Hollywood, CA, reposed in the Lord. He served as a priest all his life. And now his family is not only suffering because of their painful loss…

They are also in dire need of funds for his burial.

Thankfully, there are warmhearted, kind people like you… who always do so much to help your Church and your clergy.

So, will you please give today?

Your gift will be doubled by matching funds up to $15,000. If you can give, that’s so much more for the families of the priests who give their all to the Church.

Will you help? Any amount you give will be matched until we’ve reached $15,000 – or by May 30th.

The sad truth is that dying in the United States is expensive. Priests like Fr. Viktor Tseshkovsky, who’ve spent their whole lives serving the Church, can’t afford to die. When they pass, their families become burdened with exorbitant expenses.

Fr. Viktor's funeral was held at Holy Protection Church on April 8, 2021.

The matching funds will turn any donation into twice that amount. And it will go directly to help priests’ families with funeral costs.

When you give today, you are not only helping Fr. Viktor Tseshkovsky’s family, but future clergy families in need.

This might one day be your priest’s family, and your gift will alleviate crippling financial stress and bring peace to the family at a difficult time.

Let’s remember just how much our priests do for us, day in and day out, to help us reach eternal salvation. They spend their days praying for us, serving us, and ministering to our needs.

I am asking you to make sure that when Batushka’s time on this earth has ended, his family’s needs aren’t forgotten. You can give him and his family love, care, and compassion by meeting their needs.

Your priest needs you. Your gift will support future clergy like Fr. Viktor Tseshkovsky, and allow them to be buried with the dignity they deserve.

Please, will you give before May 30th?

Your gift will be doubled by matching funds up to $15,000. If you can give, that’s so much more for the families of the priests who give their all to the Church.

Thank you so much for reading this. On behalf of all of us at the Fund for Assistance to ROCOR, I wish you well, and we all send our love and gratitude.

With love in Christ and prayers for your health and salvation,
